The Aaron's "Color Your Way to Talladega" Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States (excluding Minnesota and Wisconsin) and the District of Columbia who are ten (10) years of age or younger as of the date of entry. Children of employees of Aaron's, Inc. (the "Sponsor") (or any member of employee's immediate family or household member), its franchisees, or of any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and/or sweepstakes promotional partners, and any other person or entity involved in the design, execution or judging of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: The Aaron's "Color Your Way to Talladega" Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2009 and ends at the Sponsor's close of business (in your specific time zone) on February 2, 2010 (otherwise known as the "Entry Period"). Check your local store for specific hours of operation.  The "official entry" will consist of each child's completed (hand-colored) 8.5" by 11" version of the Aaron's Dream Machine, along with a parent's or legal guardian's completion of information requested on the sheet (child's full legal name, home address, email address and daytime telephone number, along with the name of the parent or legal guardian). To enter: you may visit your local participating Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership retailer, have your child complete an official entry form as described in the previous sentence and drop the entry in the designated box located at the Aaron's "Color Your Way to Talladega" Sweepstakes display during the Entry Period. You also may print an official entry form at www.shopaarons.com/dreamweekendcontest and return it to the participating Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership store or via U.S. Mail to: Aaron's "Color Your Way to Talladega" Sweepstakes, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE 3rd floor, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377.  Mail entries must be postmarked no later than February 2, 2010 and received by the Sponsor no later than February 7, 2010.  The online entry form must be completed during the Entry Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible, or lost entries, or any unforseen circumstances which may limit an individual's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  Limit one entry per child.   

WINNER SELECTION: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. On or around February 20, 2010 one (1) prize winner will be selected from entries received at each of the participating Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership retailers and at Aaron's Atlanta headquarters based on the criteria specified below. Each local store's and Aaron's Atlanta headquarters' "winning" entry will be combined with all other store winners in order to select the overall First and Grand Prize Winners. One (1) First Prize and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected.  

The Prize Winners, at the First Prize and Grand Prize "levels" will be selected by the Sponsor's sweepstakes committee consisting of Aaron's, Inc. employees. The decisions of the committee will be final and binding. All entries will be judged based on the color scheme and overall visual appeal of the child's hand-colored Aaron's Dream Machine, as it appears on the official Entry Form. 

Prize winners will be notified via telephone and U.S. mail within five (5) days after the selection date and must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, which includes the winner's tax identification number for tax reporting purposes, to collect the prize. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner solely at the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four to the Aaron's 312 at Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, AL on April 24, 2010. The trip includes roundtrip airfare from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner's primary residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), transportation between the airport, hotel and Talladega Superspeedway, four (4) admission tickets to the Aaron's 312 Nationwide race (4/24/10) and $312 spending money. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $3,500.00.

One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a Compaq Presario Laptop or substantially equivalent model valued at $900.

Approximate Market Value of all prizes to be awarded:  $4,400.00.

All prizes to be awarded are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The parent or legal guardian of the winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any). A tax form 1099 for the ARV of all prizes valued at $500 or more will be issued. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value in the event the described prize(s) or portion thereof are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.  

The Grand Prize Winner, their legal guardian and any guests must travel together on the same flights. Guests must be 18 years of age or older if not a member of winner's immediate family, and must complete a liability release to be eligible for travel and participation in the Grand Prize. A legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner will be required to present identification and a valid credit card upon check-in at the hotel to cover any incidental expenses. The legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner and their guests are responsible for all meals and all other expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Rules.   

GENERAL CONDITIONS:Contest offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law.   By submitting an entry, both the entrant and their legal guardian agree to release Aaron's, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use of any prizes. The legal guardian, on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner, hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in Sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the Grand Prize Winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law. Any Sweepstakes materials (including without limitation, offer, rules and announcement of winners) containing production, printing or typographical errors or obtained outside authorized legitimate channels may be declared void at the discretion of Sponsor; and liability is limited to replacement of such materials.  Recipients of any such materials agree to release Aaron's, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, contest promoter, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims or damages that may result in connection with any such materials. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility, and all entrants agree to hold Sponsor, harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent misuse of any of the prizes awarded. 

WINNERS LIST: For the list of the Sweepstakes Winners, send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership,Aaron's "Color Your Way to Talladega" Sweepstakes - WINNERS, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377 after February 20, 2010 and before May 1, 2010. Requests not received during that period will not be acknowledged, processed, or returned. Allow four to six weeks for delivery.
