Aaron’s Bristol Dream Seats Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY : The Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees (and members of their immediate families or household) of Aaron Rents, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its franchisees, or of any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and/or sweepstakes promotional partners, and any other person or entity involved in the design, execution or judging of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

The Bristol Dreamseat Sweepstakes begins on May 15th, 2008 and ends on June 28th 2008. (otherwise known as the "Entry Period"). There are three ways to enter. You may visit your local participating Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership retailer, complete an official entry form (while supplies last), including your full name, age, home address, zip code, and daytime phone number (with area code), and drop the form in the entry box located at the Bristol Dream Seats Sweepstakes display between May 15th, 2008 and close of business on June 28th 2008. You may also enter online @ shopaarons.com and by following the Sweepstakes “link” Or, hand print your full name, age, home address, zip code, and daytime phone number (with area code) on a 3" x 5" postcard (no envelopes) and mail with proper postage via U.S. Mail to: Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership, Bristol Dream Seats Sweepstakes, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377. Online entry ends at midnight EST on June 28th 2008. Mail entries must be received by 9:00 AM on Thursday, July 3rd.

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible, or lost entries, or any unforeseen circumstances, which may limit an individual’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. There is no limit on the number of entries, however, mailed entries must be sent separately and bear sufficient postage.

WINNER SELECTION: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prize Winners will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about July 16 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Prize winners will be notified via telephone and U.S. mail within three (3) days after the drawing date and must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, which includes the winner's tax identification number for tax reporting purposes. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner solely at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded.

PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to Bristol Motor Speedway, including roundtrip airfare from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s
primary residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Kingsport, TN (double occupancy), transportation between the airport and the hotel and the hotel and the Bristol Motor Speedway, two (2) admission tickets to either the Friday or the Saturday race, and $312 spending money. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $2,000

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will travel on Thursday, August 21st, attend the Friday night race on August 22nd and return home on Saturday, August 23rd. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will travel on Friday, August 22nd, attend the Saturday night race on August 23rd and return home on Sunday, August 24th. The prize awarded is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any). Winners will be issued a tax form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value in the event the described prize(s) or portion thereof are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The Winner and their guest must travel together on the same flights. Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older, if not a member of winner’s immediate family. The Winner will be required to present identification and a valid credit card upon check in at the hotel to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and their guest are responsible for all meals and all other expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Contest offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Aaron Rents, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use of any prizes. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in Sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law. Any Sweepstakes materials (including without limitation, offer, rules and announcement of winners) containing production, printing or typographical errors or obtained outside authorized legitimate channels may be declared void at the discretion of Sponsor; and liability is limited to replacement of such materials. Recipient of any such materials agrees to release Aaron Rents, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, contest promoter, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims or damages that may result in connection with any such materials. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility, and entrants agree to hold Sponsor, harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent misuse of any of the prizes awarded.

WINNERS LIST: For the list of the Sweepstakes Winners, send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership, Bristol Dream Seats Sweepstakes - WINNERS, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377 after August 5th, 2008 and before October 1st, 2008. Requests not received during that period will not be acknowledged, processed, or returned. Allow four to six weeks for delivery.
