OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY : The Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees (and members of their immediate families or household) of Aaron Rents, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its franchisees, or of any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and/or sweepstakes promotional partners, and any other person or entity involved in the design, execution or judging of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER : The Aaron’s “Weekend of Your Dreams” Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2008 and ends at the Sponsor’s close of business on March 13, 2009 (otherwise known as the "Entry Period"). There are three ways to enter. You may visit your local participating Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership retailer, complete an official entry form (while supplies last), including your full name, age, home address, zip code, e-mail address and daytime phone number and drop the ballot in the entry box located at the Aaron’s “Weekend of Your Dreams” Sweepstakes display during the Entry Period. You may also enter online at www.shopaarons.com and by following the Sweepstakes “link” (1 entry per e-mail address). The online entry form must be completed during the Entry Period. Or, hand print your full name, age, home address, zip code and daytime phone number (with area code) on a 3” by 5” postcard with proper postage via U.S. Mail to: Aaron’s “Weekend of Your Dreams” Sweepstakes, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE 3rd floor, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377. Mail entries must be postmarked no later than March 13, 2009 and received by the Sponsor no later than March 20, 2009.

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible, or lost entries, or any unforeseen circumstances which may limit an individual’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. There is no limit on the number of entries, however, mailed entries must be sent separately and bear sufficient postage.

WINNER SELECTION : The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prize Winners will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about March 31, 2009 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Prize winners will be notified via telephone and U.S. mail within five (5) days after the drawing date and must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, which includes the winner's tax identification number for tax reporting purposes, to collect the prize. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner solely at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded.

PRIZES : One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the Aaron’s Dream Weekend at Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, AL (April 25-26th, 2009). The trip includes roundtrip airfare from the major commercial airport closest to the Winner’s primary residence to Birmingham, AL, three (3) nights Infield RV accommodations (double occupancy), transportation between the Birmingham airport and the RV at Talladega Superspeedway and the RV to the airport, two (2) admission tickets to each of the races scheduled during the Dream Weekend at Talladega Superspeedway , the opportunity to “wave” the Green Flag at the Aaron’s 312 Nationwide Race on 4/25/08, and $499 spending money. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $3,000

One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a Sharp Aquos 46? LCD Flat Panel TV valued at $1890.

Approximate Market Value of all prizes to be awarded: $4,890 (2 prizes)

All prizes to be awarded are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any). Winners will be issued a tax form 1099 for the ARV of all prizes valued at $500 or more. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value in the event the described prize(s) or portion thereof are unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest must travel together on the same flights. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older, and must complete a liability release to be eligible for travel and participation in the Grand Prize. The Winner will be required to present identification. The Grand Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for all meals and all other expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Rules. Travel arrangements will not be changed based on inclement weather or race postponement for any circumstance.

GENERAL CONDITIONS : Contest offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Aaron Rents, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use of any prizes. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in Sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law. Any Sweepstakes materials (including without limitation, offer, rules and announcement of winners) containing production, printing or typographical errors or obtained outside authorized legitimate channels may be declared void at the discretion of Sponsor; and liability is limited to replacement of such materials. Recipient of any such materials agrees to release Aaron Rents, Inc., its franchisees, all participating retailers, contest promoter, advertising agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims or damages that may result in connection with any such materials. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility, and entrants agree to hold Sponsor, harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent misuse of any of the prizes awarded.

WINNERS LIST : For the list of the Sweepstakes Winners, send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership, “Weekend of Your Dreams” Sweepstakes - WINNERS, 309 E. Paces Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305-2377 after March 31, 2009 and before April 10, 2009. Requests not received during that period will not be acknowledged, processed, or returned. Allow four to six weeks for delivery.
